Summary:Remote sensing was used to monitor the vegetation dynamics of Bawangling forest area in Hainan Island.Three multitemporal TM data of same season in different years were processed using various techniques including spectral analysis,signature selection,and supervised classification to analyze the vegetation change.Bawangling vegetation change detection is an example which provides a feasible method for monitoring the tropical forest in Hainan Island. 运用遥感手段进行海南霸王岭林区植被的动态监测,使用 3幅不同年份,同一季节的TM遥感影像,进行多时相遥感图像的光谱分析,特征提取,植被分类,精度检验,生成植被分类图和各类型植被的统计数据,从而分析植被的变化情况。
