The minimum effective dosage of 17 (alpha)-methytestosterone for induction of testicular maturation in the striped mullet, Mugil cephalus L

The use of hormones to control the reproductive activity of fish is detailed. The minimum dosage of 17 alpha-methyltestosterone that induced testicular maturation in the striped mullet was found to be 5 mu grams per gram body weight.
