Summary: | This study reports about the evolution of strategic alliances in the hospitality and travel industry. The impact of strategic alliances on hospitality and travel industry stakeholders' quality of life will be explored. Two real life cases will be presented and analyzed in order to understand the effect of alliances on quality of life. The effect of strategic alliances on employees' quality of life depends on types of partners, kind of agreements, and industry norms. the effect will be positive if employees get the opportunity to benefit from the formed alliances. Employee benefits may include several factors such as training, motivation, promotions, and better salaries. |
