Summary:According to the large amount of pre-experiment, (the optimum amount of excipients was set up 1 times of the extract) , using the test of mixture design in this range of Table 1 to optimize the formula (A', (lactose), A, (starch), A3 ( fumei powder), A'., ( dextrin ) ) , the evaluation of the Jiweng granule formulation process was determined by comparing the different excipient proportions to the influence of the solubility, hygroscopicity and the formability. 3.5 Determination of the granular optimum excipient ratio With the aid of the experimental design software ( Design Expert, windows version 8.0. According to the fitting results, binomial fit was statistically significant, and the linear model and the incomplete trinomial model were not statistically significant. Previous experiments showed that lactose, starch, fumei powder and dextrin had insignificant influence on solubility and lormability, but those excipients had greater influence on hygroscopic rale. [...]hygroscopic rate was used as a reference index. 4.2 Optimization of granular formulation Selling a certain range of each component and its expected response value in Design Expert 8. The hygroscopic rale was verified to ensure the stability and storage of the granules, based on a good fomiability and solubility. [...]the excipients in this study were mainly screened with the hygroscopic rate as the basic index. 5.2 Selection of optimal design method The mixture design has been widely used in medicine, chemical, food, agriculture and forestry, metallurgy and other fields of production for optimizing proportion1121.
