Summary:It’s difficult to state exact timelines in software development and it is even more difficult to say when features that users want will be delivered. We propose changes to current software development methodologies that enable companies to be predictably adaptable and deliver both on time and what customer asked for. We do so through research of current literature, interviews and personal experience working at an international company that builds products for millions of customers and is facing exactly the challenges described above.
