Summary:Until now, much of the research on International Study Tours has focused on the learning opportunities and intercultural advantages of participating in such mobility programs. However, there has been limited literature on the relationship between joining these study trips and the motivation that students might get to start working abroad. This new research promises many advantages for our globalized World as more and more companies struggle to get the right people at the right place -sometimes without success. The possibility of participating in such a study program could not only contribute to prepare the future S World manager, but it could also prompt him to his willingness to accept a top position in a country other than his own.
