Summary:This research was done with the aim of determination of the level of job satisfaction and anxiety and to state whether differentiation or not according to various variables of the University' staff who participate sportive recreative activities which in sports festival of Karaman oglu Mehmetbey University. In this qualitative study, the research group consists of 122 university' staff. At the research, the Spielberger State and Trait Anxiety Questionnaire and the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, as well as demographic information questions was used. Non-parametric tests were used to analyze and comment the data. As a result of study, leisure time of participants is sufficient, participants mostly evaluate their leisure times with sportive and social activities, and also, participant's job satisfaction and state anxiety levels were low on the contrary level of trait anxiety were high were identified.
