C75 FIBROSIS: CURRENT AND FUTURE APPROACHES: Effect Of Cigarette Smoke In Lung Fibroblasts And Epithelial Cells Role Of Ccl2 In Development Of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis
Methods: We stimulated lung epithelial cells with CSE, evaluated protein level of CCL2 and TGF-β by ELISA, we did RT-PCR and real time PCR of CCL2, IL-6, ACTA, COLIA from A549 cells and CCD25 fibroblast, we analyzed the rate of migration of fibroblast on Boyden chambers, we evaluated wound healing i...

Summary: | Methods: We stimulated lung epithelial cells with CSE, evaluated protein level of CCL2 and TGF-β by ELISA, we did RT-PCR and real time PCR of CCL2, IL-6, ACTA, COLIA from A549 cells and CCD25 fibroblast, we analyzed the rate of migration of fibroblast on Boyden chambers, we evaluated wound healing in A549 epithelial cells that overexpressed CCL2 and that was inhibited of CCL2. Conclusions: Our findings demonstrates that CCL2 plays an important role in fibrotic development of epithelial cells, inducing production of active TGF-β and stimulating the production of IL-6, the costimulation of epithelial media and fibroblast have a significative effect in induction of migration in CCD25 fibroblast. |
