Summary:Rationale: To determine cost-effectiveness of Electromagnetic Navigational Bronchoscopy (ENB) and CT-guided transthoracic needle biopsy (TTNB) for diagnosis of pulmonary nodules, with consideration of diagnostic accuracy and complications for each. Nodule biopsy results and complication rates were collected from the EMR, and stratified by nodule size, area, distance from carina, altered anatomy, and emphysema (obtained from CT analysis using PACS).
