A56 CRITICAL CARE CASE REPORTS: CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE I: Beriberi Induced Cardiomyopathy Requiring Salvage Va-Ecmo

A contrast enhanced CT scan and lower extremity venous dopplers yielded negative results with respect to thromboembolic disease. During echocardiogram, the patient sustained a pulseless electrical activity cardiac arrest requiring cardiopulmonary resuscitation along with intubation.
