D110 CELLULAR AND MOLECULAR INVESTIGATIONS IN THORACIC ONCOLOGY: Tumor Vaccination Combined With Checkpoint Blockade Cooperatively Inhibits Tumor Growth In A Krasg12d Murine Model Of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (nsclc)

Adaptive immune resistance is a mechanism by which tumor cells limit host immune response via upregulation of programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and its ligation to the programmed death-1 (PD-1) receptor on antigen-specific CD8+ T cells. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and flow cytometry (FACS) were utili...

Summary:Adaptive immune resistance is a mechanism by which tumor cells limit host immune response via upregulation of programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and its ligation to the programmed death-1 (PD-1) receptor on antigen-specific CD8+ T cells. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and flow cytometry (FACS) were utilized to evaluate immune cell number and effector function along with expression of immune checkpoint proteins.
