C61 TUBERCULOSIS CASE REPORTS: Tuberculosis - The Great Masquerader

Case: A 52 year old homeless male with history of alcoholism presented with pleuritic chest pain, dyspnea, night sweats, and 20lb weight loss over 3 months. Biopsies taken from skin lesions, bone marrow, gastric and cecal nonbleeding ulcers, stool, and open lung tissue were initially non-diagnostic.
