Summary:Transformation has been the most outstanding feature of the World past. Today, the change process is speeding up. Therefore, Spain will have to face a different and more complex future, while it is recovering from the severe crisis suffered since 2008. In this new scenario, the best answer is to take over a profound transformation project, like the one successfully undertaken from 1975. To this end, it is necessary to define a demanding vision, as well as a suitable strategy and to undertake a broad strong commitment, so as to release the latent capabilities of Spanish society. Only with a paradigm shift will Spain be able to overcome the difficult economic, social, structural, institutional, educational, cultural and financial challenges it is faced with. Spain also needs a great Pact, in order to solve the complex problem of its transformation and to build a better future for all its citizens.
