Summary:The present study is conducted about Kerala Financial Corporation (KFC) and their management of Non-Performing Assets (NPA). Though in last few years the NPA level of Kerala Financial Corporation has come down to even below five percentage, steps have to be taken to prevent NPA and manage the existing assets to keep them in the standard category. Secondary data from annual reports of Kerala Financial Corporation are used for the computation of relevant ratios and rating for quality of NPA at KFC is computed. Also suitable statistical test is carried out to establish the equality of means of NPA belonging to different asset categories.
