Summary:The aim of this study is to analyze the financial performance of other passenger land transport sector by Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey company accounts by using ratio analysis. In this context of view, asset and financial structure, liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios of other passenger land transport sector between 2010-2012 years are calculated. The results of analysis the sector's asset structure was determined to be mainly fixed asset. In addition, the results of analysis the sector's impose that liquidity position is weak, financial structure highly depended to mainly debts, have negative equity and high financial risk. In terms of activity ratios that companies in the sector cannot effectively use their assets determined. Analyzing the profitability ratios of the sector in the process of analysis was found to be negative.
