More than half (59.0 percent) of enrollees across 24 states were served by a physician at least once in 2009â[euro]"ranging from 76.5 percent of enrollees in Kentucky to 21.4 percent in Delaware. Percentages could be under-reported for selected states to the extent that those states failed to report encounter data for people enrolled in prepaid managed care plans.
