Summary:This article aims to draw the outlines of present and future businesses that are related to digital communication in the tourism sector. After describing the specific context of tourism, particularly concerned by the fast growth of NICT, this article presents the results of a qualitative survey conducted with thirty-one professionals (tourism organization managers and private or public communication officers). Four major activities emerge from the analysis: CM (community manager), HMR (Home Digital Responsable), TDA (Territory Digital Animator) and DSW (Digital Strategic Watchman). Consideration of these jobs seems unavoidable to respond to new constraints of tourism sector.
