Summary:Since 2004, the government of Québec is carrying through an important reform of its health care and social system in order to support and enhance its integration. This reform was inspired by some important recent research pertaining to integrated services, borrowing from that research some specific components but overlooking its methodological component. The present paper aims at illustrate how a model of integrated services cannot in any way be separated from its methodological components without risking the loss of his innovative value.
