Summary: | In the areas of pedagogy, psychology and cognitive biology, interpersonal relationships are considered important participants in the learning process. The studies on companies from the communion economy project show that the ways interpersonal and inter-organizational relationships are led are these companies' distinctive competitive feature. This article confirms that the quality of interpersonal relationships favors the learning of tasks and behaviors in the company, and shows that learning itself emerges from a multi-relational context, suggesting that communion economy concepts and learning organizations can have affinities. |
