BACTERIAL CONTAMINATION OF TRADITIONAL ICE CREAM IN TEHRAN
To identify B. cereus, presumptive pink-purple, opaque B. cereus colonies were subjected to confirmatory tests of Gram stain, catalase, motility, anaerobic fermentation of glucose, Voges Proskauer reaction and production of acid from mannitol.
