Summary:This paper explores the relationship between tourist satisfaction (with accommodation and with city as tourism business destination and regarding its endowments) and destination loyalty intention. The research was conducted with 259 tourists visiting Tîrgu-Mures (a city in the center of Transylvanian, Romania) for business purposes. Taking as basis the use of structural equation modeling (SEM), the results substantiate the importance of tourism satisfaction as a determinant of destination loyalty. The findings provide a useful background in the planning of future tourist business marketing strategies. [PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
