Currently, the company is characterized as a typical family-run company, with little formalization of processes. With the growing need, some issues related to culture and leadership have also begin to stand out. The aim of this educational case study is to promote reflection and discussion on topics such as management leadership and organizational culture. Specifically, the researchers seek to identify the culture and leadership style of the organization in order to recognize them as important organizational attributes that must be respected and worked for if the firm is to achieve the desired growth. |
