Summary:The time has come to return to the first person singular voice. I’ve done my best, up to this chapter, to restrict myself to excavating, extending, enlarging, and explaining mathematical ideas which naturally arise from the story. But now, after scanning critical reviews and interpretations of coded meanings of the story, I find I have another reading to add to the existing constellation: a homomorphism between the structures of two different ideas.
