기록물관리 전문요원의 전문직 정체성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 기록관리 일선에서 근무하고 있는 기록물관리 전문요원의 전문직 정체성 수준을 파악하고, 역할요인과 직무환경, 근무여건을 중심으로 전문직 정체성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기록물관리 전문요원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 총 195명의 응답을 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 요인분석, 신뢰도·타당도 검정, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석 등의 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기록물관리 전문요원의 전문직 정체성은 4.52점으로 비교적 높게 측정되었으며, 인간관계, 참여, 교육훈련 등이 기록물관리 전문요원의 전문직 정체성에 영향을 미치는 것으로나타났다. This study aims to identify the professional identity level of records managers working in the front line of records management and to analyze factors affecting professional identity focusing on role factors, work environment, and working conditions. To this end, a survey was conducted with records managers, and a total of 195 responses were used for the final analysis. It was found that the professional identity of records managers was measured relatively high at 4.52, and human relationships, participation, education, and training affected the professional identity of records managers.
