The purpose of this paper is to determine the country took the lead of family planning policy is the violence means that violate the individual's private life in 『frog』. It was composed of discipline and punishment. Within the birth control policy in China, the woman to be a subject to surveillance under the guise of prevention excess births, and individual's sex life is subject to national data. In addition, the family became the subject of supervision, mobilization, compliance system. In this work, the aunt who authorized that exercise power right from nation use violence in ‘sheer thoughtfulness’ condition. In that progress, the nation commit a sin of discipline and punishment without gaining national consensus but actually aunt as a ‘acting on behalf of power’ was punished. For nation the public is not subject to protect but demean oneself by the subject of punishment. Aunt trying to expiate his sin, but it ended up incompletely. This novel shows the degrading process that the aunt’s atone by capital, also her suicide is a failure. It means that it is impossible she would like atone. Sin of age not a reason to grant an amnesty individual sin. It explains that not separate the sins of age and individual sin.
