임파워먼트 실천방법으로서의소시오드라마에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지 실천방법으로서 임파워먼트 접근을 살펴보고 임파워먼트 실천방법으로서 소시오드라마(Sociodrama)의 기법이 활용 가능한지를 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 사회복지 실천에서의 임파워먼트 개념과 실천의 특징, 임파워먼트 실천의 수준, 소시오드라마의 개념과 실천과정 및 목표에 대하여 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 선행연구의 검토를 통하여 소시오드라마의 임파워먼트 실천의 적용성에 대하여 논의하였다. 그 결과 소시오드라마는 임파워먼트 실천의 수준에 따른 다양한 요소와 그 목적을 같이하고 있는 것을 알 수 있었고 특히, 셀프임파워먼트와 개인임파워먼트의 특성이 잘 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 또한 임파워먼트의 구성에서 중요한 전문가의 역할과 소시오드라마의 디렉터의 역할을 분석함으로써 임파워먼트의 실천 가능성에 대해 제시하였고, 마지막으로 소시오드라마가 사회복지 실천 영역에서 임파워먼트 실천방법으로서 활용가능성에 대한 논의 및 제한점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this article is to research empowerment approach as a social work practice method and possibility to use of activating technique of sociodrama as a empowerment practice method. For purpose of this article we study concept and character of practice of empowerment in social work practice, level of empowerment practice, concept & way of practice & aim of sociodrama. applicability of empowerment practice of sociodrama is discussed through literature review. As a result sociodrama is corresponded with the purpose of various factor depending on level of empowerment practice and especially self-empowerment and individual-empowerment is well presented. Possibility of empowerment practice is suggested by analysing role of specialist and sociodrama director which is important in empowerment construction. Finally, sociodrama propose future research and limitation about possibility of application as empowerment practice method in social work practice territory. KCI Citation Count: 2
