우리나라 여성 창업 중소기업 특성 분석

선행연구들은 특정 산업이나 지역, 경영 참여 수준 등과 같은 특정한 경영정책의 효과를 분석하고 당해 사항에 대해서 개선방안을 제시하는 형태로 이루어져 있기 때문에 그 연구 결과가 우리나라 전체 기업 가운데 여성 경영인의 경영활동에 내재되어 있는 기본적 특성을 종합적으로 이해하고, 여성 경영 기업만의 특성 또는 특화 분야를 파악하여 그 미래 방향성을 제시하는데 어려움이 있다고 여겨진다. 본 연구에서는 지금까지 우리나라 창업경영 연구에서 공통적으로 제시된 창업경영의 핵심 요소(창업기업의 법적 형태와 업종별 특성, 창업자금, 창업아이디어와 창업아이템, 입지 특성)를 중심으로 여성 경영자가 경영하는 기업과 남성 경영자가 경영하는 기업의 특성별 차이점을 파악하고 이를 기초로 여성창업자 기업의 지속가능성에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 정책을 제안하고 있다. Most prior studies are in analyzing the effects of characteristics of management policies about specific industries, regions, and corporate governance, and suggesting ways to improve the issues about the management activities of female managers among Korean companies. It is difficult to understand comprehensively the critical characteristics of women's management companies and present their future directions. This study identifies Korea women have some difficulties to operate start-up business because of national consciousness to sexual aspects of labor, fund raising, start-up item and business location In order to manifest the difficult conditions of women entrepreneurs and to promote their businesses, And this study suggests four governmental and political tactical approaches to enhance sustainability of women-owned company.
