사이코드라마 수퍼바이지의 수퍼비전 요구분석

본 연구의 목적은 사이코드라마 수퍼바이지의 수퍼비전 요구를 탐색하는데 있다. 연구대상으로 24명의 사이코드라마 수퍼바이지를 표집하여 심층 면담하였다. Q분석을 통해 2개의 수퍼바이지 그룹을 구성하고, 수퍼바이지의 발달 특징을 반영한 사이코드라마 수퍼비전 요구를 개념도로 제시하였다. ‘개념도1’은 253쪽 전사 자료에서 260개 진술문을 도출하고 최종 93개의 진술문을 추출하였다. ‘개념도2’는 155쪽 전사 자료에서 219개의 진술문을 도출하고 최종 91개 진술문을 추출하였다. 개념도1은 2차원 8개 범주, 개념도2는 2차원 11개 범주가 분석되었다. 연구의 의의는 Q유형 분석을 통해 사이코드라마 전문가의 발달 특징을 반영한 수퍼비전 요구를 분석하였다는데 있다. The purpose of this study is to explore the supervision needs of the Psychodrama supervisee. In-depth interviews were conducted with 24 Psychodramas supervisee as subjects of study. Through Q analysis, we formed two supervisee groups and presented the requirements for psychodrama supervision as a conceptual diagram reflecting the developmental characteristics of supervisee. 'Concept-Mapping 1' derived 260 statements from 253 pages of enterprise data and extracted the final 93 statements. 'Concept-Mapping 2' derived 155 statements from 219 enterprise data and extracted the final 91 statements. Concept-Mapping 1 has 8 two-dimensional categories and Concept-Mapping 2 has 11 two-dimensional categories analyzed. The significance of the study was that the development characteristics of the psychodevisional experts were analyzed through the Q-type analysis. KCI Citation Count: 0
