North-East Project is a Self oriented one ,which reveals the paradox that she judged by statism in the view of modern national state and reality of PRC. When the struggle begins between Korea and China around the history of Koguryu, some of chinese scholars criticize that it is a strategical mistake which brought isolation between neighbor countries, and they also assert that PRC don't have to force her idea on neighbour countries. Another some of the scholars emphasize that East North region is the space which mixed with various nations, states, languages. Some of them even assert that only Liaodong area is independent historical community. Now, however, two countries are pitted against each other by the theory of historical sovereignty, even if there are some rooms for debate. The problem is Koreans begin to have new recognition to China. New recognition could not be always negative, but there are a lot of negative aspects from now on. It is the time to worry seriously for development of relationship between two countries. KCI Citation Count: 11
