Summary:The purpose of this study is to determine factors that can induce civil servants born in the post-Korean-War era to spend their time after retirement contributing to a global society. Specifically, focused on the baby-boom generation working in Daegu Metropolitan City and Gyeongsangbukdo, home to Saemaul Undong, this study has analyzed their willingness to participate in the Saemaul international development project, including factors that may motivate them to participate, factors that may disturb them when involved in the project, and fields they may intend to join. It has also investigated conditions that they may want to work, such as the time of working abroad, daily working hours, and monthly living allowance. KCI Citation Count: 1
