미래 산학협력을 위한 디자인융합R&D센터 구축전략

연구배경 현재 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대응하고 혁신적인 제품·서비스의 창의적 가치창출을 위해 디자인융합R&D의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 하지만 디자인산업은R&D 투자에 대해 기업의 역량부족, 정부정책의 미흡한 정책지원, 학교의 창의실무교육의 단절 등 현실적인 측면에서 디자인융합R&D의 대안이 필요하다. 연구방법 이에 본 연구는 정부, 지자체/공공기관, 민간기업, 학교가 선순환 할 수 있는 미래 산학협력의 디자인융합R&D센터의 전략모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이는 데스크리서치를 통한 현황 분석, 전문가 심층인터뷰 및 설문조사, 해외 우수선진 사례분석을 통해 가치제안 하였다. 연구결과 연구결과로 ① 디자인 주도의 타학문간의 융합 프로그램 개발 확대 ② 기업-학교간의 유기적인 상호협력 조직체계 구축 ③ 지자체/공공기관, 민간기업, 학교의 산학협력 주체의 다양성 확보를 도출하였다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 정부기관, 지자체/공공기관, 민간기업, 학교가 미래 동반성장할 수 있는 협력체계 구축함으로써, 디자인창의 중심의 국가융합산업 생태계를 기대해본다. Background Presently, to cope with the age of the fourth industrial revolution, the importance of design convergent R&D is being stressed as a way to produce creative value from innovative products and services. However, design industry has to come up with plans for design convergent R&D realistically in terms of the low competency of companies for R&D investment, lack of political support from the government, or disconnection in creative and practical education at school. Methods Here, this study aims to suggest a strategic model of design convergent R&D centers for future industrial-academic cooperation that allows government, local governments/public institution, private companies, and schools to be in a virtuous circle. This author suggests the value of it through status analysis grounded on Desk Research, in-depth expert interviews and surveys, and also analysis on overseas excellent cases. Result Based on the results, this researcher suggests ① the extension of developing design-led interdisciplinary convergent programs, ② the establishment of organically cooperating organizational systems between companies and schools, and ③ the obtainment of diversity in the agents of industrial-academic cooperation, for example, government agencies/local governments, private companies, and schools. Conclusion This author expects that the results of this study will be used to establish a cooperative system allowing government agencies/local governments, private companies, and schools to grow together and create the ecosystem of national convergent industry grounded on design and creativity afterwards.
