족부 제 1 중족-족지 관절의 외측 탈구 - 증례 보고

족부 제 1 족지 중족-족지 관절은 둘러싼 인대와 연부 조직의 견고함 때문에 탈구가 쉽게 일어나지 않는다. 저자들은 탈구 시 주로 종자골간 복합체가 파열되는 배측 탈구와 달리 관절의 내측 안정성에 기여하는 내측 측부 인대와 관절낭의 완전 파열로 수술적 재건이 필요했던 제 1 족지 중족-족지 관절 외측 탈구 1예를 경험하였기에 이미 보고된, 매우 드문 외측 탈구에 대해 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Dislocation of the metatarsophalangeal joint is rare due to the stability of the ligaments and soft tissue surrounding the joint. The authors have experienced lateral dislocation of the first metatarsophalangeal joint, which required surgery, accompanied by complete injuries of medial collateral ligament and capsule, contributing to medial stability, differing from posterior dislocation with intersesamoid complex rupture, with a review of the relevant literature and previous reported cases.
