Summary:In this paper, we will present the problems and diagnose the government 's housing environment andpolicies for the low fertility aging society in South Korea, then examine the implications of the governmentpolicies and suggest suggestions for successful policy implementation in the future. In order to cope with rapidly aging population in the future, it is necessary to cope with the aging of thepopulation balanced with the quantity of increase of the elderly population and the quality and structuralchanges at the same time. Since the effects of low fertility and the aging society appear throughoutsociety, it is necessary to approach a universal plan in all relevant areas from the limited approach of someclasses and some areas. In order to utilize potential human resources, it is necessary to build aninfrastructure and system to improve sustainable manpower and to improve social structure in the mid- tolong-term perspective in preparation for future aging society.
