어촌마을 개발사업에서 지역주민의 공동체 의식, 참여, 만족 간의 구조적 관계

지역개발사업에서 지역주민의 공동체 의식, 지역사회 참여, 지역사회 만족은 핵심적인 요소이다. 본 연구의 목적은 인구소멸이 심각한 어촌마을을 대상으로 지역개발사업에서 지역주민의 공동체 의식이 지역사회 참여, 지역사회 만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 구조적 관계를 구명하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 경상남도와 충청남도 11개 어촌마을 주민 411명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 공동체 의식 중에서 욕구강화와 영향력, 정서적 친밀감이 높은 사람일수록 지역사회 참여를 많이 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 정서적 친밀감이 높은 사람일수록 지역사회에 만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 지역사회 참여는 지역사회 만족 간에 욕구강화, 영향력에는 완전매개 효과가, 정서적 친밀감에는 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 지역사회개발 실무자와 정책담당자는 지역사회 만족의 영향 요인으로서 공동체 의식과 지역사회 참여의 중요성을 고려해야 할 것이다. Community satisfaction, participation and sense of community is pivotal for community development. This study aims to examine the structural equation model among sense of community, community participation, and satisfaction in fisher community development. Data were collected from 411 structured questionnaires in eleven fishery communities, Kyeongnam and Chungnam province. Results showed that, individuals with higher influence, emotional intimacy, fulfillment of needs among sense of community were more likely to participate community development projects. Additionally there were the fully moderating effect between influence and fulfillment of needs and satisfaction, whereas partial moderating effect between intimacy and participation. Findings suggest that policy makers and community development practitioners consider community participation and sense of community for enhancing community development. KCI Citation Count: 0
