장애인 근로사업장 HACCP의 사회재활적 함의에 대한 관리자 인식

본 연구는 장애인 근로사업장 HACCP의 사회재활적 함의에 대한 관리자 인식을 탐색하여 규명하고자 질적 사례연구 방법을 활용하였다. 이에 전수조사를 통해 확인된 HACCP를 유지하고 있는 전국 10곳의 장애인 근로사업장 관리자를 연구 참여자로 선정하고 심층 인터뷰를 진행하여 이를 분석하였다. 근로 발달장애인의 HACCP 시스템인증유지 공정 과정의 참여는 상호작용적 의사소통과 협력적 관계 형성이 수반되어 중증장애인생산품 제조 기반이 되고 있어 재활의 목표가 되는 사회성 기술이 향상되고 있음을 규명할 수 있었다. 또한 장애인 근로사업장의 HACCP 시스템인증 유지는 그동안의 중증 장애인생산품에 대한 부정적 인식과 장애인에 대한 능력 불신을 해소하고 쇄신시켜 주는 유력한 도구로서 근로 발달 발달장애인 재활의 성과와 일상의 기능 회복을 도모할 수 있는 기능적 수단이 되고 있다는 것을 확인하고 규명하였다. This study used a qualitative case study method to explore and investigate the manager's perception of HACCP's social rehabilitation implications for workplaces with disabilities. Accordingly, managers of 10 workplaces with disabilities nationwide who maintained HACCPs identified through a total survey were selected as participants in the study, and in-depth interviews were conducted to analyze them. Participation in the process of maintaining the certification of the HACCP system of persons with developmental disabilities is accompanied by interactive communication and the formation of cooperative relationships, and it was confirmed that social skills, which are the goals of rehabilitation, are improving. In addition, it was confirmed and identified that maintaining the HACCP system certification of workplaces with disabilities is a powerful tool to resolve and renew negative perceptions of products with severe disabilities and distrust of their ability to the disabled, and it is becoming a functional means to promote the achievement of rehabilitation for the disabled and the recovery of daily functions.
