중등 사서교사의 교수자로서 실천적 지식에 관한 탐색적 연구

제4차 학교도서관 진흥 기본계획 및 2022 개정 교육과정은 학교도서관과 사서교사에 대한 교육적 역할을 확대할 것을 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 사서교사의 교수자로서 실천적 지식을 조사하고자, 경력 5년 이상의 중· 고등학교 사서교사 6인을 대상으로 심층면담을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 교수자로서 수업에 대한 사서교사의 신념, 교육과정 중 얻은 실천적 지식, 실제 수업에서 교수자로서 요구되는 교수역량 등을 파악하였고, 사서교사의교수역량 계발을 위해 지원할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. The 4th School Library Development Plan and the 2022 Curriculum Revisions have required the expansion of the instructional role of school libraries and school librarians. This study examined the practical knowledge of school librarians as instructors by conducting in-depth interviews with six school librarians from middle and high schools with more than 5 years of experience. The findings demonstrated school librarians’ beliefs about teaching, the practical knowledge that they have acquired from the whole course of teaching, and the competencies of school librarians required in teaching classes. Based on the findings, this study provided suggestions for developing the instructional competencies of school librarians. KCI Citation Count: 0
