생성형 AI 기반 검색 엔진 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구: 고등교육(석·박사) 사용자를 중심으로

본 연구는 생성형 AI 검색 엔진의 사용 요인을 분석하고, 고등교육 사용자를 중심으로 활용 방안을 제시하는 것을 목표로 한다. 기술수용모델(TAM)과 정보 시스템 성공 모델(ISSM)을 기반으로 연구모형을 설계하고, 정확성, 사용의 즐거움, 적시성, 만족도, 신뢰성이 사용 의도에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 분석한 결과, 정확성과 신뢰성은 유용성과 사용 용이성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 적시성과 사용의 즐거움은 각각 유용성과 사용 용이성에 영향을 주었다. 만족도는 두 변수 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. AI 검색 엔진의 활용도를 높이기 위해 정확성과 신뢰성 강화를 위한 알고리즘 개선, 적시성 향상을 위한 실시간 데이터 업데이트, 직관적인 인터페이스 설계, 사용자 교육 및 홍보 전략이 필요하다. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) search engines and to suggest practical applications centered on higher education users. Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and information systems success model (ISSM), a research framework was developed to empirically examine the impacts of accuracy, enjoyment, timeliness, satisfaction, and reliability on usage intention. The results of this study revealed that accuracy and reliability significantly affected perceived usefulness and ease of use, whereas timeliness and enjoyment influenced perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, respectively. Satisfaction positively influenced both variables. To enhance the adoption of AI search engines, improvements in algorithms for accuracy and reliability, real-time data updates for better timeliness, intuitive interface designs, and user education and promotion strategies are necessary.
