계절별 국립공원 방문객의 온라인 리뷰 빅데이터 비교 분석: 자이언 국립공원과 한라산 국립공원을 중심으로

본 연구는 한라산 국립공원과 자이언 국립공원의 계절별 방문객 온라인 리뷰를 비교 분석하여 국립공원의 지속 가능한 관리 방안을 제안하였다. 현재, 국립공원의 자연 보전과 관광객 관리 사이의 균형을 유지하는 것이 중요한 과제로 떠오르고 있으며, 두 공원 모두 증가하는 방문객 수로 인한 관리 문제를 겪고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 각 국립공원의 주요 리뷰 데이터를 빅데이터 분석하여 방문객들이 직면한 문제와 이를 해결하기 위한 전략을 도출하였다. 2018년부터 2023년까지 수집된 한라산 국립공원 리뷰 160건과 자이언 국립공원 리뷰 1,620건을 계절별로 분류하여 분석하였으며, 분석 결과, 한라산 국립공원에서는 하이킹 난이도와 계절적 자연경관이 주요 이슈로 나타났으며, 자이언 국립공원에서는 셔틀버스 시스템과 혼잡도가 중요한 문제로 제기되었다. 이를 통해, 국립공원은 계절별 특성에 따라 차별화된 관리 전략이 필요함을 확인하였으며, 계절특성에 따른 국립공원에서 발생하는 문제를 해결하는 방안을 제시하였다. This study proposes sustainable management strategies for national parks by comparing and analyzing seasonal online visitor reviews of Hallasan National Park and Zion National Park. Currently, maintaining equilibrium between nature conservation and visitor management has become a critical issue, with both parks experiencing challenges due to increasing visitor numbers. To address this, review data from each park were analyzed to identify the problems encountered by visitors and potential strategies to resolve them. A total of 160 reviews from Hallasan National Park and 1,620 reviews from Zion National Park, collected between 2018 and 2023, were categorized and analyzed by season. The analysis revealed that hiking difficulty and seasonal natural scenery were major issues at Hallasan National Park, while shuttle bus systems and overcrowding were significant concerns at Zion National Park. Through this analysis, it was ascertained that differentiated management strategies are necessary according to the seasonal characteristics of national parks, and solutions were proposed addressing the issues identified through the analysis.
