텍스트 마이닝을 이용한 대중의 부검 관련 빅데이터 분석: 2002~2023년 네이버 지식iN 자료를 중심으로

본 연구는 부검에 관련된 빅데이터 분석을 통하여 부검에 대한 대한민국 국민의 인식 및 주요 관심사를 확인하고 2002~2023년 동안 대한민국 사용률 1위 포털 사이트인 네이버 지식iN에 게재된 게시글5,204건을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 R 4.3.2 프로그램을 통해 감정 분석과 토픽모델링을 진행하였으며 단어 빈도와 가중치, 중심성 비교결과 ‘사망’, ‘병원’, ‘부검’, ‘경찰’의 핵심어가 확인되었다. 감정분석 결과, 전반적으로 부검에 대한 대중의 인식은 부정적인 것으로 확인되었다. 네트워크 분석을 토대로 6 개의 토픽이 생성되었으며 각 토픽명은 산업재해 지정 및 보험금 청구, 병원 내 사망 및 의료사고 소송, 자살사건 사망 원인 조사와 대응, 공인 사망관련 이슈, 법의학 전공 및 진로, 부검 과정과 결과 문의이다. 본연구는 대중 사이에서 부검에 대한 부정적인 감정이 널리 퍼져 있음을 보여주며, 대중의 6가지 주제에 관한 주요 우려 사항을 강조한다. 이러한 인식을 이해하는 것은 부검에 대한 정확한 정보 제공과 관련 정책및 제도의 강화에 기여할 것이다. This study aimed to identify public perceptions and key interests regarding autopsies through big data analysis. This study analyzed 5,204 posts published on Naver Knowledge iN, South Korea’s most frequently used portal site, from 2002 to 2023. The collected data were analyzed using sentiment analysis and topic modeling with the R 4.3.2 program. The comparison of word frequency, weight, and centrality identified ‘Death’, ‘Hospital’, ‘Autopsy’, and ‘Police’ as key terms. The sentiment analysis results indicate an overall negative perception of autopsies among the general public. Based on network analysis, topic modeling generated six topics. Topic 1 is ‘Designation of Workplace accident and claiming insurance compensation’, Topic 2 is ‘Death within hospital and medical accident’, Topic 3 is ‘Cause of suicide incident’, Topic 4 is ‘Issues about public well-known death’, Topic 5 is ‘Major and career in forensic medicine’, and Topic 6 is ‘General inquiry regarding autopsy process and results’. The study reveals a prevailing negative sentiment towards autopsies among the public, highlighting key concerns regarding six topics. Understanding these perceptions can inform efforts to enhance policies and institutions related to providing information on autopsies. KCI Citation Count: 0
