Summary: | In this study, OLED using hetero electrode structures have been fabricated to increase luminescence eciency. Also, the numer-ical simulation of these fabricated hetero structures has been carried out in order to understand the improvement of eciency. It wasfound that numerical analysis about hetero electrode showed an excellent agreement with the experimental result and the presence ofa thin layer of Sn or Ag at the organicaluminum interface enhanced both electron injection eciency and electroluminescence whencompared to OLEDs using homogeneous electrode.
