우크라이나 전쟁 이후 벨라루스와 카자흐스탄의 對러시아 외교적 입장 분석

본 연구는 우크라이나 전쟁 이후 러시아에 대한 벨라루스와 카자흐스탄의 인식 변화를 분석했다. 분석결과 우크라이나 전쟁 이후 벨라루스와 카자흐스탄은 공통적으로 러시아에 대한 관심도가 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 우크라이나 전쟁 이후 벨라루스와 카자흐스탄은 공통적으로 러시아에 대한 협력성향은 하락한 것으 로 분석됐다. 특히 카자흐스탄의 경우 러시아에 대한 부정적인 감정이 크게 상승 했다. 그럼에도 불구하고 여전히 벨라루스와 카자흐스탄의 협력 성향의 변화가 두드러지지 않은 것으로 보아 러시아에 대한 위기의식은 있지만, 협력을 완전히 배 제하지 못하는 것으로 판단된다. 즉, 양국이 러시아와 협력하여 얻을 수 있는 정치, 경제, 외교 등의 이익이 있으므로 우크라이나 전쟁이라는 큰 사건 이후에도 러시 아와의 관계 단절을 추구하는 것은 어려운 일일 것으로 판단할 수 있다. This study analyzes the diplomatic stance changes of Belarus and Kazakhstan towards Russia after the Ukraine war. The results indicate a common increase in interest in Russia for both Belarus and Kazakhstan following the Ukraine war. And following the Ukraine war, it was commonly analyzed that both Belarus and Kazakhstan exhibited a decreased inclination for cooperation with Russia. Especially in the case of Kazakhstan, there has been a significant increase in negative sentiments towards Russia. Nevertheless, despite these developments, the noticeable lack of significant shifts in the cooperative tendencies of Belarus and Kazakhstan suggests that while there may be a heightened awareness of the crisis with Russia, a complete exclusion of cooperation is not deemed likely. In other words, considering the potential benefits in politics, economy, diplomacy, etc., that both countries can gain through cooperation with Russia, it can be inferred that seeking a complete rupture of relations with Russia, even after a significant event like the Ukraine war, would be a challenging endeavor.
