온라인 교육환경에서 교수에 대한 신뢰가 학습몰입 및 수강지속의사에 미치는 영향: 항공·관광계열 전공 대학생을 대상으로

목적 본 연구는 대학에서 비대면 온라인 수업을 경험한 대학생들을 대상으로 교수에 대한 신뢰가 학습몰입 및 수강지속의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 영향관계를 규명하고자 하며, 이를 통하여 교수신뢰의 중요성을 파악하고 온라인 교육의 내실화와 질적 제고를 도모하고자 한다방법 설문은 총 275부를 배포하여, 그 중 불성실한 답변을 제한 총 250부가 최종 분석 데이터로 활용되었다. 통계분석을 위해 SPSS 26.0과 Process macro v4.2를 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석, 회귀분석 검증을 실시하였다결과 분석결과 첫째, 교수신뢰는 학습몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 교수신뢰는 수강지속의사에 유의하며, 셋째 학습몰입은 수강지속의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 대학에서 온라인 수업에 대한 중요성은 점차 강조되어가고 있으며, 특히 비대면으로 이루어지는 온라인 수업에서 교수에 대한 강한 신뢰감은 온라인 교육의 성패를 좌우할 만큼 중요한 요소로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 학생들이 교수에 대한 신뢰감을 높일 수 있도록 전공에 대한 전문성과 함께 학생들에 대한 끊임없는 관심과 상호작용이 필요할 것으로 보인다. Purpose This study aims to identify the impact of trust in professors on the willingness to engage in learning and continue attending classes for college students who have experienced non-face-to-face online classes at universities. Through this, this study is expected to identify the importance of trust in professors and help reinforce online education as well as enhance its quality. Methods Survey were distributed a total of 275 copies, with 250 copies used as data for final analysis and excluding those invalids. For statistical analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 26.0 and process macro v4.2. Results The result of the analysis showed that, first, trust in professors has a significant effect on learning engagement; second, learners’ trust in the faculty exerts a substantial influence on the intention of course continuity; and thirdly, learning engagement has a considerable impact on the intention to continue taking classes. Conclusion The importance of online classes in universities is becoming increasingly emphasized, and a strong sense of faculty trust, especially in non-face-to-face online classes, is emerging as an important factor in the success or failure of online education. Therefore, in order for students to increase their confidence in the professor, it is necessary for lecturers to have expertise in the subject of major, fairness in grading practices, and constant interest and interaction with students.
