Summary:The purpose of this study is to analyze the patterns and framework of innovative services through the evaluation of airport passengers on innovation facilities at the airport. This study was carried out based on four concepts of theories: the pursuit of the airport passengers, the perceived innovation, acceptance intentions, and the desire for structuralization. The data were collected from July 5 to 9, 2022, targeting 299 passengers who had used the airport's innovation facility. This paper analyzed the effects of the needs for structured in the relationship between the airport passengers 'pursuit benefits and the accommodation, and the relationship between the airport passengers' mediation effect and the pursuit of the airport passengers and the perceived innovation. As a result, the pursuit of airport passengers has a positive effect on the intention of acceptance and perceived innovation has also a positive effect on the intention of acceptance. These results suggest such an implication that innovative functions at airport should be improved based on the needs of passengers. KCI Citation Count: 0
