The purpose of this study is to investigate the parents'' satisfaction about resource room service in primary schools. A Survey of the parents'' satisfaction about resource room service in primary schools has been conducted as the research tool. Research targets are focused on the parents of the resource room service from the public primary schools in Chiayi County.
The major findings of this research are as the following:
1. Male parents are more satisfied with resource room services than female parents.
2. Parents with low level of social and economical status are more satisfied with resource room services than those with high level of social and economical status.
3. Parents participated in Individual Education Program (IEP) conferences are more satisfied with resource room services than parents who didn''t participate.
4. Mentally retarded student parents are more satisfied with resource room services than learning disability parents and others.
