The chapters cover classification, assessment, and management of these illnesses; fatigue and chronic fatigue syndromes; hysterical conversion; and abdominal, cardiorespiratory, gynecologic (including premenstrual syndrome and chronic pelvic pain), and dermatologic symptoms at presentation.
