기관에 생긴 사구 종양 - 1예 보고

Glomus tumor is a distinctive type of perivascular tumor whose cell type is a modified smooth cell that closely resembles the glomus body, and this is where the tumor's name is derived. This kind of neoplasm is a benign and rather uncommon neoplasm that can be found in any part of the body, yet it is most commonly seen in the subungual area. Glomus tumor of the trachea is extremely rare. We present the clinicopathologic findings of a resected glomus tumor of the trachea along with a review of the related literature. 사구종양은 정상 사구체에서 볼 수 있는 특화된 평활근 세포를 닳은 세포로 이루어진 종양으로 손가락의 손톱 아래 부위가 호발 부위이지만, 손바닥, 팔, 다리에도 잘 생기며 이외에도 무릎골, 흉벽, 골, 위, 대장, 신경 등에도 드물게 생긴다. 그러나, 기관에 생긴 사구 종양은 매우 드문데, 저자들은 기관에 생긴 1예의 사구 종양을 경험하였기에 이를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.
