Summary:Pericardial cyst is an uncommon congenital mediastinal tumor. The majority of pericardial cysts are located in the right cardiophrenic angle, but rarely they can be located intrapericardially. We now present a case of a huge intra-pericardial pericardial cyst excised with video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery. 심막 낭종은 드문 선천성 종격동 질환이다. 주로 우측 심장가로막각에서 발생하고, 심막 내에 위치하는 경우는 매우 드물다. 저자들은 심장을 압박하는 심막 내 거대 심막 낭종을 비디오 흉강경을 이용하여 절제하였기에 보고하는 바이다.
