Synthesis of 2-Alkyl-substituted-$N^{6}$-methyladenine Derivatives as Potential Adenosine Receptor Ligand

2-(1-Hexynyl), 2-((E)-1-hexenyl) and $2-(n-hexyl)-N^{6}$-methyladenines were synthesized, starting from 2-amino-6-chloropurine using palladium-catalyzed coupling as a key step as potential adenosineo receptor ligand.
