Summary:The incidence of superior cerebellar artery aneurysm is less than 1% of all intracranial aneurysms. These aneurysms usually occur at the junction between the superior cerebellar artery and the basilar trunk, however, seldom occur distally. We present a extremely rare case of distal superior cerebellar artery aneurysm arising at the junction between anterior pontine segment and ambient segment.
