천연 복합추출물의 두피 개선 및 탈모 예방 효능 탐색

본 연구는 두피 개선 및 탈모 예방에 효과적이라고 알려진 14종의 천연물들을 혼합, 추출하여 만든 복합추출물(MultiEX)의 두피 개선 및 탈모 예방 효과를 증명하고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. MultiEX의 항산화 효능시험에서는, 높은 DPPH 라디칼 소거능과 ABTS 라디칼 소거능을 나타내었다. 모발 형성에 관여하는 모유두세포(HFDPC cell) 증식 실험 결과, MultiEX가 HFDPC 세포 증식을 촉진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 두피개선 효과를 확인하기위해 인간표피세포인 HaCaT cell증식 효과를 살펴본 결과, MultiEX는 저농도(0.01%)에서도 유의적으로 HaCaT cell 증식을 촉진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 탈모의 원인이 되는 두피의 염증 감소효과를 확인하기 위해 RAW264.7 cell에서의 NO생성저해 효능 실험을 실시한 결과, 1% MultiEX에서 NO생성이 저해되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면, 본 연구에 사용된 14종의 천연추출물들로 이루어진 MultiEX은 피부트러블 개선을 위한 항산화효과, 인간피부표피세포 증식을 통한 모발 성장효과, 두피개선효과, 항염증효과를 통해 두피 건강과 모발 건강을 위한 헤어케어제품 원료로 활용 가능함을 확인하였다. In this study, 14 kinds of herbal medicines and natural products known to be effective in improving scalp and preventing hair loss were mixed, and extracted to prepare a composite extract (MultiEX). It was intended to prove the effect of improving the scalp and preventing hair loss of MultiEX. In the antioxidant efficacy test, MultiEX showed high DPPH radical scavenging activity and ABTS radical scavenging activity. As a result of the proliferation test of dermal papilla cells (HFDPC cells) involved in hair formation, it was shown that MultiEX promotes HFDPC cell proliferation. As a result of examining the proliferation effect of HaCaT cells, which are human skin epidermal cells, to confirm the effect of improving the scalp, it was found that MultiEX siginifcantly accelerated the proliferation of HaCaT cells even at a low concentration(0.001%). In addition, to confirm the effect of reducing inflammation of the scalp, which is the cause of hair loss, as a result of examining the degree of inhibition of NO production in RAW264.7 cells, it was found that the extract inhibited NO production at a concentration of 1%. Summarizing the above results, the MultiEX containing 14 natural substances used in this study have antioxidant effects for improving skin trouble, a hair growth effect through human skin epidermal ell proliferation, a scalp improvement effect, and an anti-inflammatory effect on the scalp. It was confirmed that it can be used as a raw material for hair care products for scalp and hair health.
